Sales Representatives

Sales representatives are charged with the responsibility of developing, maintaining and increasing sales within the company's operating area of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in refractory, industrial or steel sales. A strong mechanical aptitude is required. Our sales professionals serve as a communications and customer service liaison between the company and our customers. Interpersonal communication skills must be superior. Individuals must be self-motivated with demonstrated time-management skills.

Must possess computer software skills generally associated with business and a capacity to learn new programs, as necessary. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory. Some overnight travel is expected.

Warehouse Labor

Ability to safely and efficiently handle and process materials. Able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Operation of equipment including forklift and die cutters. Will be responsible for welding and fabrication of refractory materials. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic. Assist with the maintenance of building, grounds and equipment, as needed.

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not necessary.
